Hand Therapy may be the only treatment for your Hand & Upper Limb condition. It may also be part of the treatment after having had an operation.
Hand Therapists come from a background of Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy. They are expert in the rehabilitation of the Hand. The techniques involve movement, massage, ultrasound, strengthening programs, dexterity programs and careful explanation.
